We offer onsite, in-store and remote assistance.

As a service to our customers, we provide In-store Technical Support. No appointment is necessary. Stop-in with your questions and one of our qualified technicians will help you resolve your computer issue. In-store support is available only during regularly scheduled store hours.

If you are unable to come to us, we can come to you!  On-site service is available Monday to Friday on appointment.

Remote service is offered as well.  Many computers can be repaired remotely - no need to even get dressed!
